Energy certificates
What are they?
It is the certification of the energy efficiency of the building and its classification in an energy class category, by a specialized energy inspector.
What is the process?
A certified Energy Inspector of our company, upon appointment, comes to your place for the necessary measurements. It then issues the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
Where is the Energy Certificate required?
A. On new building permits/new constructions.
B. In transfers of buildings/apartments.
C. In building/apartment rentals.

How long is the Energy Performance Certificate valid for?
According to the current legislative provisions, an energy certificate is valid for ten (10) years, if during this period no modification is made that affects the energy performance of the building/apartment, for which the P.E.A. has been issued. (e.g. changing frames, installing thermal insulation, changing the heating/cooling system, etc.)
